*rituals*
There is something so special about setting an intention during the day,
whether it be journaling your thoughts first thing in the morning,
applying your skincare products as you sip on coffee and feel the soothing sensations,
or telling a family member how much you love and appreciate them before bedtime.
These are things we incorporate into our days not because they are forced, or others expect us to,
but because it makes us feel good.
It is a single moment of a routine that allows us to be present and nurture our happiness.
A few minutes a day, or even a couple of hours,
can change so much of how we choose to live our lives.
They count.
So if you are feeling afraid or overwhelmed,
Focus on what brings you so much joy
and do it.
create it.
live in it.
